Mapping awakening, in the context of spiritual or consciousness awakening, refers to the process of understanding and charting one's journey of personal transformation, expanded consciousness, and self-realization, ultimately leading one to freedom. For those who haven’t been on a spiritual journey before, it can be helpful to work with a framework to support you during the awakening process. Please know that it’s important to be fluid when working with any framework, meaning to not be too rigid when working with one. This means you can adapt parts of other frameworks when necessary or not engage with certain areas that may not align with your journey.

In this framework you will learn skillful ways to work with your body, mind, and energy system to support ease and personal empowerment during challenges and obstacles.

6. Cultivation of beautiful qualities: We know that negative experiences are like velcro to our energy body and fascia and positive experiences are like teflon. This means there is a clinging to the negative, and a release with the positive. This part of the map is where we really begin to “map” new experiences through utilizing the technology of neuroplasticity and increasing the resonance of the heart.
