THE ONLINE STUDIO · WEEKLY LIVE FASCIA AWAKENING
Come home to the intelligence of your body.
Join Jessica Lichaa each week for a live, guided practice that brings awareness into the fascial network through gentle touch, connected movement, and felt experience.
We begin with the mounds and heels of the hands and feet—our endpoints—and explore how subtle activation, joint contact, and lengthening can invite a felt sense of connection from the ground through the whole body.
This is a space to cultivate aliveness, clarity, inner freedom, and a more compassionate relationship with yourself. There is no perfect shape to achieve. Come as you are.

01 / INSIDE A WEEKLY CLASS
A living conversation with your body.
Each class is guided live by Jessica. Through sensory awareness, gentle contact, movement, and inquiry, we explore how the whole body participates in our experience of being alive.
What we may explore
Arriving in the present moment through breath, sensation, and attention.
Activating the mounds and heels of the hands and feet as points of contact and orientation.
Using the hands to gently awaken awareness around joints and other areas of the body.
Exploring connected lengthening from the tailbone toward the heels, and an upward sense of space through the front of the pelvis.
Pausing to notice shifts in steadiness, energy, ease, and clarity—without forcing an outcome.
The practice is exploratory, not a performance. You are encouraged to honor your pace, adjust, or rest whenever you need.
Who the Studio is for
For anyone who wants to feel more at home in their body and meet life with greater freedom, vitality, and sovereignty. You do not need previous Fascia Awakening experience—only curiosity and a willingness to listen inwardly.
02 / THE PRACTICE BEYOND THE MAT
Awaken within. Evolve together.
When we learn to notice sensation, emotion, and thought without becoming defined by them, we create more room for choice. That inner freedom can change how we see one another—and how we act in the world.
The Online Studio is a place to practice this together, week by week: returning to the body, honoring what is alive, and developing the capacity to meet life with presence, clarity, compassion, and skillful action.
03 / LIVE CLASSES + MEMBER GATHERINGS
Explore the weekly rhythm.
Come as you are. These are guided, experiential practices that invite you to listen inwardly, move at your own pace, and make room for more ease and aliveness. Times below are in Pacific Time; please contact Jessica to confirm the current schedule.
Fascia Awakening LIVE
Thursdays · 9:00–10:00 a.m. PT
A yoga-inspired, mindful movement practice that explores Fascia Awakening from the inside out. We use Yoga Tune Up balls for targeted self-massage alongside movement, activating contact through the hands and feet while cultivating steadiness, self-awareness, and embodied connection. Jessica approaches this work with the intention of inviting greater tissue suppleness and what she describes as cellular hydration.
Suggested props: Yoga Tune Up therapy balls, a Coregeous ball, and yoga blocks.
Fascial Release for Deep Regulation
Saturdays · 7:15–8:30 a.m. PT
Slow down for a deeper full-body fascial release practice. We use Yoga Tune Up balls, including the Alpha and Coregeous balls, to massage into the tissues with graduated pressure, then integrate with breathwork and meditation. In Jessica’s framework, deeper release can allow previously less accessible layers of the fascial matrix to “come online”—becoming more available to felt awareness, movement, and connection.
Suggested props: Yoga Tune Up balls, an Alpha ball, and a Coregeous ball.
Embody, Awaken & Heal
Biweekly Sundays · 1:00–2:30 p.m. PT · Returning soon
An extended group experience weaving together Fascia Awakening, mindfulness, dharma-inspired inquiry, relational meditation, and Jessica's intuitive spiritual healing practice. There is space for heartfelt sharing, individual support, and meeting your own process with greater freedom and compassion. Ask Jessica for the next gathering date.
04 / PROPS WE USE
Small tools. Deeper connection.
We use simple, thoughtfully chosen props to explore touch, pressure, support, and the different layers of the fascial system. The balls are central to our self-massage work; movement is always guided by sensation and choice, never by forcing through pain.
Yoga Tune Up therapy balls
These are our foundational self-massage tools in both Fascia Awakening LIVE and Fascial Release. We use them to apply mindful, graduated pressure, explore deeper tissue layers, and invite a sense of suppleness and greater connection.
Alpha ball
A larger ball used particularly in the deeper Fascial Release practice, allowing us to work with broader areas of the body and adjust the intensity of pressure.
Coregeous ball
A soft, inflatable ball used for gentle, breath-led exploration around the belly and torso, helping us cultivate awareness and ease.
Yoga blocks and a mat
Blocks provide support and choices during movement, while a mat offers a comfortable, stable place to practice.
What to have on hand: Fascia Awakening LIVE uses Yoga Tune Up balls, a Coregeous ball, and blocks. For Fascial Release, plan to have Yoga Tune Up balls, an Alpha ball, and a Coregeous ball. If you are unsure which props to buy or how to adapt, ask Jessica before class.
